Development of the manager's personality in the selected company

This bachelor thesis is based on the study of specialized Czech and foreign literature related to the development of manager's personality and lifelong learning in connection with current trends in the job market. It examines the current state of manager's personality development and compares it with the needs of subordinate employees. The aim of the thesis is to identify the development opportunities for the selected manager and recommend possible changes in procedures that could lead to higher effectiveness and subordinate satisfaction. The thesis recommends selected literature and completion of courses based on the identified weaknesses of the manager.

Motivation of Adolescents to Self-Education and Self-Lead

This bachelor's work deals with motivation of adolescents for self-education and self- upbringing. Theoretical part contents definition of term "motivation" and explanation of its principals, further are described the important developmental turning-points of adolescent period mainly through characteristics that have an impact on formation of concerns for self- upbringing and self-education of adolescents. Research part of work forms qualitative research, whose aim was to stipulate, due to obtained results, which factors influence motivation of adolescents for self-education and self-upbringing. During research method of semi-structured interview and Grounded design theory were used. Research's results at the end of work, show that motivation of adolescents for self-educational and self-upbringing activities is influenced by internal and external factors, in various proportions. Strong external motivational elements are mainly parents and pressure from society, important internal elements are mainly desire to accomplish something, work on personality limits and have good job. Impact of those factors is than determined by adolescent's age, when the external factors are in the course of growing losing their power, while the internal are getting more adolescent's attention. The bachelor's thesis deals with methods of self-knowledge, tools and techniques of self- management and time management of managers in kindergartens. These are school principals, deputy principals and senior pedagogical staff. The work mentions concepts such as self- knowledge, self-evaluation and their meaning and methods. Describes the principles of self- knowledge and ways to be proactive. It focuses mainly on tools and techniques of self-management and time management, where it outlines the principles and procedures of planning that can be used to streamline work. The work is designed so that its knowledge can be used by managers of primary and secondary schools. Self-education as a specific professional acitvity of a teacher

The diploma thesis is focused on observation of a teaching staff of a small Czech rural primary school with regard to self-education of these teachers. The theoretical part focuses on the methods and principles of self-education and self-education of the primary school teachers. In the practical part, the quantitative method is used - all teachers of the surveyed staff completed a structured questionnaire as well as a qualitative method - these teachers were interviewed individually. The aim of this work is to map the methods and principles of self-education and aspects that make it difficult or impossible for teachers to self- educate, or circumstances in which the teachers would be willing to educate themselves. This work can be considered an action research that has been subjected to a small but maximum possible sample. The survey showed how these teachers educate themselves, what prevents them from self-education, and under what circumstances or in what areas they would like to be self-educated.

Self-education as a specific professional activity of a primary school teacher

The focus of the thesis is self-education as a part of the professional activity of a primary school teacher. A brief definition of a teacher according to the Education Act and the competencies of a pedagogical staff. The following chapters concern on self- education, self-esteem and self-knowledge, which are the key qualities that are needed in self-knowledge process. The aim of the paper is to demonstrate the important role of continuous self-education as an integral part of the teacher's competencies applied in everyday pedagogical activities. The predominant part of the paper is devoted to the practical part carried out by mixed research, followed by the questionnaire survey aimed at finding out opinions on the area of teacher self-education at the Prague primary school, an analysis of these questionnaires follows. The sample of three teachers was chosen out of the total number of 13 respondents, with whom their motivations, forms, methods, time-consuming self-education, or obstacles preventing, them from self- education were ascertained in the form of in-depth interviews. Support for elementary school teachers' self-education and professional development from organizations directed by the MEYS

The aim of this thesis is to identify forms and areas of support for teachers in the self-education originating from other selected organizations directly managed by MEYS, and evaluate usability of support for the professional development of elementary school teachers. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with self-education as an important process that participates in the professional development of teachers. It also deals with methods of education, sources of information and the possibilities of self-management of self-education from the perspective self-educated person as well as external subjects. In the practical part, the thesis focuses on quantitative survey research focusing on MEYS for supported development of teachers - by the National Institute for Education and the National Institute for Further Education. For the purpose of identifying the available forms and areas of support for teachers in self-education, especially the support of elementary school teachers, a content analysis of the institutions documents was performed. Multimedia support of mathematics teaching

This master's thesis Multimedia support of teaching mathematics aims at supporting teachers in introducing innovations in teaching and support in their own teaching materials. It is dedicated to supporting the pupil in self-education. It also serves as an overview of selected resources to support the use of technology and software in teaching. This master's thesis includes examples of the use of mathematical programs in mathematics classes, and a proposal to engage pupils in teaching, by implementing the "Teach Your Fellow" project, which aims to create learning videos for pupils.
